The Selection process was a thrilling and enjoyable experience that helped me get a taste of what was to come as a part of the job.

What was training and like?

The training and induction were a perfect environment to learn and grow into the job and really become part of the team.

What’s your favourite thing about working at Robinwood?

Seeing children grow and develop over the 3 days they spend at Robinwood.
