What centre do you work at and what’s great about where you live?

Maes y Nant, North Wales is a beautiful area where there is a lot of outdoor stuff to do!

Why did you choose Robinwood?

I have been advised the company by a friend. Mostly because of Robinwood’s great reputation. (I didn’t even know about the holidays at this point!)

How did you find the selection process?

A little bit stressful but once I was there I felt more comfortable.

What’s your favourite thing about working for Robinwood?

Probably working with people who share the same passion, humor and values.

What’s the best part of your job?

Group leading and keeping the same group for 3 days for sure.

What is it like working with 7-11 year olds?

They are spontaneous and lovable (most of the time).

Describe your first group in 5 words.

I think one word will summarize everything… CRACKING!

What’s been your funniest moment?

The training at the the Old School was so much fun! Or when a child asked me if all French people are crazy like me.

What is your favourite session to run and why?

The Dungeon. Because I am freaked out as much as the children!

What advice would you give to someone considering applying?

Do it! There are absolutely no cons or hidden fees. 🙂
